My air conditioner went out on Sunday and Osley came this morning to troubleshoot the problem. He found the problem immediately and had my air conditioner running within a hour. This is the second time Osley service my air conditioner and I couldn’t be happier with the professional and friendly service that he provided.

Nick was great to work with. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions instead of just rushing through the job. I called CVHA because my Carrier minisplit AC just is not cooling adequately. I was happy Russell could come today. Russell was very lnowledgeable, professional and informative about function of my unit, checked the temp of air flow which was normal, checked that coolant was normal, found that the unit did not need to be cleaned, helped me reprogram the hand control.
The high.outdoor temp and size of area requiring cooling is adversely affecting the unit's ability to cool.
We discussed the addition of another unit in an adjacent section of the house and I will make a decision by next week.

It was overall a no pressure experience and something you never encounter when dealing with your usual salesmen. 10/10 recommendation of this young man.

He was exceptionally detailed in his work and with explaining everything. Very honest as with one step into the furnace room he pointed out the culprit to the issue of the A/C shutting off continuously. Spent way more time for the very reasonable price than I had expected. Will only refer them and call them in the future.
FYI. I had my own service/install business for 43 years so I am normally critical of any type of lacking service almost never write reviews as I expect exceptional work to be the norm.....so great job Carbon Valley.

Update a year later and I’m still very happy with this company! Just had another service tech, Osley, come out to do my annual AC inspection and he was truly fantastic. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend their annual member plan that includes AC check up, furnace check up, electrical and plumbing inspections, plus discounts on service calls and parts.

I recently switched to Carbon Valley from another company and am impressed so far. The other company did great work, but their prices were significantly higher for the same routine services. Carbon Valley charges a reasonable rate, scheduling was fast and easy, they had availability much sooner than the other company (other company's wait was two months for a routine A/C check up and Carbon Valley got me in the next week), and James was professional and kind, giving me tips to help prevent issues later on.

Nick is very knowledgeable and very efficient in getting the job completed and completed well.

Gavin service my furnace today recommend surge protector on furnace and ac unit had him install them did a great job.

André was excellent! He communicated throughout my whole AC repair process. He gave me updates regularly and again when he had finished diagnosing my problem. He was on time and very thorough. He took initiative to go above and beyond for my ac in cleaning and doing a system check. He let me know of possible upcoming repairs. Fabulous work!

We also, same day, had an issue with our water heater. Osley made a phone call into the company and Alex Cazares with Carbon Valley was out promptly to diagnose. We went with a water heater replacement. Alex was also very communicative, friendly and fast with the water heater replacement to get us up and running!

We plan on using them annually with system maintenances, inspections and any necessary repairs. Thank you all!

Dan Manchester was excellent from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my hot water heater and clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be done. I really appreciated how he walked me through the process in a way that was easy to understand.
On top of that, he was clean, efficient, and respectful of my space while completing the work. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. I’d absolutely recommend Dan to anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable service!

We needed to get someone out to look at our furnace right away, as it is having issues. From the woman who answered the phone, Wes, and Osley, they did an awesome job getting someone over the same day. Osley was able to check the furnace, and tell us exactly what was going on with it. Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
We paid only the service call fee today, which will be put towards our service.
