Josh came out late the Wednesday night before thanksgiving. Our furnace was not working and we had very little hope. Josh was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and was able to enact a repair to get us through the holiday. I could not be more pleased by his professionalism and communication through the process.

Kevin Baker did heavy maintenance on our boiler. He did an excellent job. I would rate his work a 5*. Kevin was assigned to our job through our service plan with Absolute Plumbing and Electric. He was courteous and on time. Most importantly he explained the steps to the service and how the boiler functioned. We highly recommend Kevin!

Very thorough job inspecting my furnace and getting it ready for winter. Kevin did a great job explaining and answering my questions, and offering detailed prices and descriptions for recommended upgrades.

Joshua Robertson was great! Provided us with great money-saving tips and did a thorough cleaning! No mess left behind, and was kind and understanding to my pets! A little pricy, but it's nice not to have to worry as much about my home's air circulation!

I was having issues with my electronic thermostat. I called Carbon Valley Heating and Air. Within 2 hours Jed was at the door. This had been an ongoing issue as the current thermostat was 7 years old and could not be electronically updated due to its design.
Jed had tried numerous ways to fix the issue so that I did not have to buy a new electronic thermostat.(This was over the course of two weeks, hoping that the electronic fix would work. Unfortunately it didn't.) I commend him for at least trying to fix the issue before needing to replace the thermostat.
At this point the thermostat needed replacement. After the thermostat was replaced, Jed stayed here until he was certain that the thermostat was working correctly, which was over an hour. As I write this, which is the next day, the new thermostat is still working correctly and the issue is fix. Yes, I had to buy a new thermostat but Jed did everything he could to not have to do that.

Joshua was here for most of the afternoon. I scheduled a service check of furnace and A/C. He took great pictures to show me how dirty the inside parts were, so I scheduled it all to be cleaned. Everything was clear and straightforward.

We’ve used Carbon Valley for a number of years and have been well pleased. The Tech we currently have, Jed, is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I recommend them highly.
